Housing Providers of New York State is dedicated to providing advocacy for multi-family housing providers in the Hudson Valley, Capital District, Southern Tier, Western & Central  regions of New York State.

At Housing Providers of New York, our mission is to promote and preserve safe, high-quality, and affordable housing. We advocate for the fair and equitable treatment of both housing providers and residents, encourage responsible property management and tenancy, and support policies that foster stable, sustainable, and thriving communities. As a resource and voice for the housing industry providing education and legislative advocacy, we are committed to balancing the interests of all stakeholders to ensure a healthy and inclusive housing environment.
