Call your State & City representatives and  tell them that GOOD CAUSE EVICTION  is a bad idea.

Tell them:

  • Good Cause is really rent control under a misleading name
  •
  • You do not want a new system of rent control imposed on your property
  •
  • An annual cap on rents will not keep up with increases in taxes, fuel, water bills
  •
  • Right now, no evictions can take place without cause, it takes a judges order
  •
  • Good Cause will discourage new housing
